Excellent overall stay. Room was large, clean, updated. Lots of little touches like cords for charging devices, mini-fridge, safe. Pool area and hot tubs (2 small ones) were clean. Exercise room was well equipped. Staff at desk were friendly and helpful. Nice location, easy access to highway 410, downtown Sherbrooke was about 10 minutes drive, a few minutes longer to Bishops University. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

This is a strange hotel. It has no coffee shop or casual dining facility, so when the main restaurant is closed (such as on Mondays), there is nowhere to eat on site. No ice buckets in the rooms. One tiny elevator at the end of a long hall to serve four floors with rooms. They tout this as "more than a hotel", and play up the spa, which appears to be what they think is the crown jewel of this facility. And the room rates are extremely high for what you get.

We were there on the Monday of the eclipse and for one night only. The staff was wonderful and recommended a really wonderful local restaurant where we could have supper. Sadly the hotel restaurant was closed (on Mondays) and the spa closed early (8PM). We had rented a premium room with the "Spa experience" which includes the thermal spa so : outdoor jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room and cold shower. Luckily we were able to make the 5PM restaurant reservation (we went there right after the end of totality for the eclipse). We were back at the hotel at 7PM and had a full hour to enjoy the thermal spa. I would have loved to book a massage (that I was willing to pay for) but there was no time. Besides this "Monday" thing, the hotel was fabulous. It was quiet, the room was amazing, the bed comfortable. Very convenient charging locations for our electronics. iPad to control temperature and lights. They even provide dental floss. I'm not even mentioning the bath robe (that I could actually fit into), slippers, eye shades and ear plugs. There were instructions on how to use the shower (what a blessing!). Tons of towels and perfect pillows The place was impeccable and I would highly recommend it! Just be aware of this "Monday" thing if you are planning a full hotel and dining and spa experience. BTW - breakfast was amazing!

Very helpful and friendly staff! Soft beds, nice towels. Absolutely the best breakfast I have had included with a hotel stay! Fresh fruit, cheese, customized omelet, Starbucks coffee - like at a restaurant.
