The gentleman at the front desk was extremely ignorant and had a rather large chip on his shoulder. We were a group traveling on business so 5 of the rooms had been booked by someone in our office. Our individual names were not on each room so he refuses to give them to us. The hotel was not sold out and there were other rooms available. He said he would charge us for them anyway if we booked more rooms. We had emails of the booking showing our confirmation number!! He refused to help us in any way. After a lot of wasted time, they finally found the email that our EA had sent in providing the list of names. One of their part time staff had forgotten to enter the information. We got our rooms, but not even an apology.
