"The hotel was overall good and comfortable, with clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, tasty, and with a nice variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It is on the pricier side, so I did feel it was a bit expensive for what was offered. One small downside was that the breakfast area is near the pool, so you sometimes see people walking in barefoot, which wasn’t ideal for the overall vibe. Still, it was a nice stay overall, just a few small details that could be improved."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in decades of traveling across North America for work. As an auctioneer, I’ve stayed in everything from budget motels to high-end hotels, and this property was absolutely unacceptable. The smell of old cigarette smoke was overwhelming, and multiple mornings the hallways smelled like fresh smoke as well. The room had a strong mildew/moisture odor, and the condition of the property felt more like a health hazard than a hotel stay. The photos speak for themselves: mold/mildew buildup, rust, damaged trim, filthy bathroom areas, and even the room phone wasn’t connected to anything. It was literally decorative because there was no cord attached. I paid extra for a kitchenette, only to discover there were no utensils, pots, pans, or anything to cook with. When I asked the staff, I was told people “bring their own.” I flew in from Ottawa — was I supposed to pack cookware in my suitcase? Staff was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the stay, and they clearly did not want to move me to another room despite the smell and condition. The environment also felt unsafe. Loud music blasted in the parking lot until 3:35 AM, and people approached me asking for my key card to access the hallways. Expedia was equally disappointing. Despite the “.ca” branding, charges were processed in U.S. dollars, and customer service repeated scripted apologies while doing absolutely nothing meaningful to help. Avoid this property entirely. Seriously. Wow!"

"I was a little disappointed with the fact that I was travelling with my partner and our 3 teenagers, I did a reservation weeks before and when we got there the room had only 2 towels, 2 plastic glasses and no sheets for the sofa-bed. The staff responded quickly to our call to bring the things we needed for 5, but I like it better when everything is ready and corresponding to our reservation."

"Washroom tub smells like gutter, Fire alarm start and stop beeping during the night without any reason, rooms are separated from the main building looks like a motel. I Asked to give room in the main building that I saw online in the pictures while doing reservation but receptionist denied. They are playing with folks by showing different rooms and building online."

"Hotel not nearly as nice as reprensented. I paid what I thought was a nice little hotel, not fancy buy decent..and ended up at a cheap motel like. Rooms are very average. The furniture is old. They put a double mattress on a queen bed base. The AC is incredibly noisy. Weird noises and smells comes from the drain in the bathroom (on the 2nd floor??!). Wouldnt recommand staying there, very disappointing stay."
