"The room was renovated, but the doors are not well insulated for noise from the hallway. The ventilating system was quite loud as well and the pillows were clumpy. I did not have a good sleep. The shower head had water spitting out unevenly so it could use some maintenance. The pool area had a very strong chlorine smell. I would say for the price, there are nicer hotels in Montreal. "

"Sammy was great. He helped us a lot , we need staff like sammy. Management should give him a award for best customer service. Overall the hotel , breakfast, staff all are excellent."

"Clean room. But small queen beds are smaller than usual. The staff is nice Breakfast is repetitive and the same every day and not much of an option to choose! Only 1 or 2 warm breakfast dishes are the same for every day."
