"Overall, my family and I had a good stay at this apartment. The location is convenient, and the place is large and decently equipped. However, a few things put a damper on our time: First—beyond what is a typical short-term rental experience of things like baseboards and walls being dirty—it seemed like some larger things had been missed when cleaning between guests (e.g. the couch having food and other debris in it). The host was very quick to respond when we reached out to ask about a vacuum...

Le service à l'accueil a été juste parfait, Zoé avec son sourire a su repondre à toutes nos questions et comme nous etions arrivés beaucoup d'avance à cause de la tempête de neige, elle s'est assuré que nous soyons confortable et nous avons pu avoir notre chambre un peu à l'avance. Le service à la restauration a aussi été très bien, tout comme la nourriture et le prix. Nous y reviendrons assurément !!!

The hotel was very clean and the personnel very friendly and accommodating. This hotel used to be the "Gouverneur," and is the nicest in the city and at a very affordable cost. We stayed during a visit to my sisters who reside in town, and know the area well as I come from Montreal and summered about 24 kms. south of here. The city has everything you could want including nice malls and great restaurants.
A Keurig coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.
Our only complaint would be that one...

Was a great option for us for one night. But if you are planning on staying there and visit Montreal, keep in mind there is always lots of traffic on Samuel De Champlain bridge.

We stayed 3 nights and we're very pleased with the hotel. It was clean -- no yucky molds in bathroom, smelled clean, and the beds were very comfortable -- something I have trouble finding with my bad back. The continental breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. It was quiet and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well even though it was over 30C outside. I was a great place to stay and explore the region. We will definitely be back to stay and see more of the Eastern Townships....
