Luxury farmhouse-style Cabin Retreat

This sweet cabin is on the water of Lake Pend Oreille and a 10 minute drive to downtown Sandpoint. It's the perfect vacation or staycation spot for playing on the water or enjoying Schweitzer Mountain (less than a 30 minute drive away). Our neighborhood is mostly full time residents with all their own private waterfront One bathroom but equipped all rooms with mirrors and outlets to get ready in).

Amazing!
We had an amazing stay at this property on the lake. It is beautifully decorated and so cozy. The views of the lake are amazing and the kids spent every day in the water. Breeze was so wonderful and responsive. We would highly recommend this property for your next family gathering.

Fantastic property right on the lake. Beautifully decorated and great views out the windows. The kiddos swam all day long. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this property. Breeze was wonderful and very responsive.

Gorgeous Views
The minute we walked in and saw the views, we knew we were in for a treat. The view from the floor to ceiling window couldn’t be beat. Even the views driving on the street to the home were breathtaking. The home was extremely clean and updated with new appliances. We cooked each of our meals, and the kitchen was well-stocked with whatever we needed. One of our favorite parts was the very large hot tub. It was private with a view of the lake. It was also clean and well balanced. The dock is in great condition and very sturdy. Breeze, the owner, was wonderful at communicating and responded to us quickly. We hope to return again someday!

Perfect getaway
We had a fabulous Presidents Day Weekend at the house. Everything was as described and fit our every need. Breeze was a delight to work with, making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is well appointed and cozy. Truly a great experience staying here. This house was great for our family with teenage kids. They had fun relaxing in the hot tub and exploring the shoreline. We went skiing at Schweitzer and explored Sandpoint - both a short drive away. It was great coming “home” to this relaxing lake house. Would 100% stay again and can’t recommend enough!

Stunning, Peaceful, Fun, Clean Spacious Home on the Lake! We live in Florida while my son recently moved to Sandpoint to work in Law Enforcement! It was so nice to spend time with him while we could sit back relax and enjoy each other in this Unbelievable setting! Beautiful views of the lake! Amazing views
We had the best time! The cabin was perfect for our last-minute family getaway. One of the best equipped places we’ve stayed at. We had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated all the charm and special touches the owners put into the cabin to make the stay comfortable and memorable. Beautiful lake views-we loved hanging out on the deck and by the water. Our kids swam all day long.
