You will be close to everything when you stay at this Victorian in Old Roseville :) Perfect for 2! Hwy 80 on the Right, Downtown fun, Restaurants, Bars, Markets & Events Live Music so many options on the left.

Victorian is Located on a tiny Quiet, One-way street. With Two HUGE Orange trees in the fully fenced front. Pick as many as you desire, and make fresh OJ. Beautiful backyard with 4 sitting areas a fireplace, and a Walnut & Apricot tree.

Very open spacious property with a GREAT Room layout. Barn door for bedroom or leave open and airy instead! 1 Bedroom 1 fully big bathroom. Futon sleeper for living room. 4 MAX! Driveway parking under car port. Full Size Washer/Dryer :)

Fully functional stocked Kitchen with pot/pans, coffee, tea Coffee Creamer, Water Bottles and so much more! Salon Products and lots of extra amenities for you to have a pleasant stay.

Perfect Size
Cute, almost beach cottage-ish, unit. Great location-access to freeway and downtown Roseville. Quiet. All the amenities needed for a stay. I will definitely stay here again when coming into town.

Nice studio, good location in Roseville
Enjoyed our stay in this nice unit in Roseville. The online listing didn't show many pictures of the bedroom - recommend some be added, the room is great. Didn't really get check-in instructions until I pulled up to the unit and called the owner...would have preferred an email or text sooner. Thanks.

This property is great for one or two people. It has a nice outdoor area. The manager was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was a cute homey stay, but we would not recommend to friends to stay in the future. I'm sad to write that we had several issues with the host. Check in time was at 4pm and when we arrived at 6pm, we still did not have any check-in information and when contacting the host, the property was not ready or clean for us, nor did she have record of us even booking a stay with her. Although she did have it cleaned within and hour, we did have to change our whole evening around due to this. The outlets in the bathroom and half the ones in the kitchen did not work, so we were not able to get ready for our activities as needed. The host seemed to blame us for the issues we encountered instead of taking responsibility and trying to make things right, and was also extremely rude and passive toward us in her responses.
