The hotel was very clean, modern and located in a convenient location (walking distance) to most major sites. The front desk, breakfast room and cleaning staff were personable, attentive and incredibly helpful.

Exceptional property. If I could give them six stars, I would do it. The property is beautiful and very well located near to several attractions. But what makes this place truly special is its staff. They know how to make their guests feel welcome. I had a terrible day returning from Venice, where my passport was stolen, and our speed train was delayed by 4 hours. I missed my birthday dinner reservation I had made weeks in advance at their Ambrosia Restaurant. The staff was empathetic and...

My wife and I stayed there for just one night, but we had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, it was very clean and the breakfast was great. Excellent proximity to the train station and walking distance to excellent restaurants and the Colesseum. We would stay there again!

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The room was huge and gorgeous, with excellent air conditioning which was critical during the extreme heat we experienced whilst in Rome. The decor is swanky & trendy but not formal or stuffy. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to all the best sites and neighbourhoods in Rome. The breakfast was excellent (first time I’ve ever decided to eat a hotel breakfast because what could be better than eating in a European cafe??), however this...

Very clean rooms with everything you need. Staff communication is 10/10, they are super helpful and available through WhatsApp whenever you need them. They provided clear instructions on self-check in and even organized taxis for us.

Hotel Diocleziano is a few steps from the most important train station in Rome, Termini. It is very convenient for transportation since Termini is the meeting point of the two subway lines. You can also easily reach the airport from there. The room was small but it is to be expected in central Rome. The staff was very polite and helpful. They gave us tips on restaurants that turns out to be great dinners. I recommend it without hesitation.
