« Notre séjour a l'hôtel à était parfait. Accueil magnifique , tout le personnel était très gentil et accueillant et souriant le jour d'arrivée ainsi que tous les autres jour. Quand ont est rentré sa sentais super bon dans la chambre , la chambre était très belle et très propre et très confortable. Ont avait le bus devant l'hôtel et le centre de richmond était tout proche ont peut y aller en bus ou même a pied . Tout était parfait ! »

« Hotel situé sur les hauteurs de Richmond, dans un quartier résidentiel et calme, en face d'un beau parc. Il faut compter 20 minutes de marche depuis la station de métro. L'accueil est courtois, efficace, et l'enregistrement rapide. C'est un bâtiment ancien donc un peu un labyrinthe avec de petits escaliers un peu partout. La chambre single est très petite mais plutôt bien agencée avec des prises à côté du lit et un plateau thé/café. Le lit est très confortable. La salle de bain est bien conçue,...

"Excellent emplacement a 2 minutes de la place Trafalgar square. Le bus N°91 est au bas de l'hôtel et vous emmène à la gare Saint Pancras en 20/25 minutes, très pratique avec les bagages. Même bus pour aller au British Museum en 15 minutes environ. Nous avons marché de l'hôtel jusqu'au rues commerçantes Regent et Oxford Street en 15 minutes. Emplacement idéal. Nous n'avons pas pris le PDJ mais il avait l'air copieux. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel lors de futurs séjours:)"
