« I am STILL waiting on a resolution to my failed stay at this property. We drove 12 hours to arrive at the property for the door code not to work. We couldn't access the space and waited 40 minutes before i finally reached out to a new hotel and booked a hotel. I didnt stay here and disappointed , i am requesting a refund. »

« I had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it to others. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the subway and 15 minutes walk to Central Park.Overall, a very positive experience—I would happily stay here again! »
