I have never stayed in a VRBO, and never been to Puerto Vallarta, and it was perfect in every way.The home was stunning, less than a minute walk to the beach and also close to a local hike. The pool, views, and amenities were perfect. The highlight of the trip was the service. Linda was communicative and helpful every step of the way and while we were there made us feel like we were at a home away from home. Sara’s cooking was better than any restaurant we could have gone to. The house was in a great location, away from the hustle of crowded tourist areas. It is also a few steps from a nice clear beach. It was a great place to relax in the evenings after a day of excursions. The staff was great and is there when you need them. Linda (house manager) helps with all your planning needs, Omar was there to check us in to our excursions, Chef Jovana is great at her craft, and Norberto and Sandy round out a good crew. Casa Lido was fantastic! Barbara (house manager), Jovanna(Chef), Norberto and Paula were great. They were very attentive, yet stayed out of our way. The concierge Fernanda was also very helpful! The villa was perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). We spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the pool, and on the beach.
