"This was an amazing place to stay. We did not have a refurbished room, but it did not matter. The cleanest hotel and room ever. The beds were comfy and sheets so soft. Staff was so kind especially the Bell staff. It is in a perfect location. Could not recommend this hotel more!!"

"What a beautiful hotel! Right from when you walk in you are welcomed with smiles and kindness. Rooms are spacious and the decor is stunning. 15 min walk to the pier and a block from the sky train. Great coffee shop around the corner. Highly recommend!"

The hotel location is great- walking distance from most of the highlights of the Vancouver island. The hotel is now ct to a metro station and shopping area. We liked the location and the hotel."
