It has good parking (a major advantage in Vancouver), is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home has a well maintained exterior with pleasant views of well maintained gardens.The unit is the step free ground level of the home. Occasionally, we heard footsteps from upstairs, but the noise was never an issue for us.My wife has allergies, so we communicated with the manager before our stay and the place was fragrance free so that her allergies weren't triggered. The unit has solid floors and the manager provided indoor slip on sandals to wear, so that wet shoes don't track throughout the space. The manager is wonderful to communicate with, both before and during the stay. When we needed something to make our stay better, she brought it over in a short time.We loved our stay so much that we booked another stay in October when we returned home. Clean, as advertised, great location with easy access to Coquitlam and Port Moody. Wi-Fi, clean. The hosts were very welcoming from the first day and let us know that they’re always there for any help. Everything was made available such as clean towels, clean sheets, iron, hand held vacuum and robot vacuum.
