Conveniently located just moments from numerous restaurants and bars, the main shopping area, and just two minutes’ walk from the Quay with all its activities. This property boasts a modern kitchen and bathroom and is beautifully furnished and equipped. There is an attractive, decked courtyard garden. Entrance lobby opens into the living room with feature fireplace. Separate dining area beyond and well-equipped kitchen. A sunny, child-friendly, private courtyard garden with composite decking to the rear of the property with an outdoor heated jungle shower - perfect to rinse off after a trip to the beach! There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom (5ft kingsize double) and a second bedroom with 3ft twin beds (or alternatively a 6ft super-king upon request). There is also a family bathroom with a state-of-the-art, walk-in digital power-shower, sink and toilet. Top-quality local restaurants include the Guildhall Tavern, Hotel du Vin, Nusara and Da Vinci's. The Crown and the Angel, both excellent traditional pubs, are close by.
