The room was clean and big enough to be comfortable, as was the queen size bed. Although I didn't use the microwave, I did put food and drinks into the small fridge, so that was handy. There was Netflix, so I watched a movie and relaxed. Being right off the 401 HWY was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great stay! Would recommend but note that there are several messages and forms you receive prior to check-in. When we got to the concierge desk to check-in, they asked for our room number, and I had no idea where to find it in amongst all the messages/documents. So, stay here but just know there will be a series of things to do in advance and it would be helpful to make a note of info from those documents to have easily on hand.

Finding the front of the property and the parking garage was difficult at night. The front of the property does not face the street that the street address is on and there is not a large or lit sign directing you to turn into a driveway to get to it. When we were able to contact the help number the person was helpful by sending us a video how to get into the garage so we figured out where to go after that.

This property was amazing. Super kind and friendly staff, and a great location. Room was a great size for a solo traveller and very clean! The breakfast is also fantastic and convenient. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Toronto.

The carpets are extremely stained and dirty and things like the trim in the bathroom and the flooring in the bathroom around the edges is all falling apart.
