Rooms are older. Front desk staff are very unfriendly and rude. Ada door to get in was broken.

Our second visit to Kent Motel. We booked three nights, and had a queen bed and sitting area on the second floor. The property is even better this time than a couple years ago. Our room was roomy, very clean and comfortable. Great little spot half way between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Quiet. Staff very accommodating. There is a secure shed for bicycle lockup which was important to us. A guest pantry offers free ice, water for water bottle, coffee, tea and a toaster. There is also a quaint little coffee shop... All over a wonderful experience.

Overall it was a good experience. The unit was exactly as advertised. Spacious and clean. The unit had laundry, full kitchen, a balcony and extra linens. However, they advertised a “twin sleeper sofa” which is just a regular sofa. It was not large enough to fit my teenager. Check in was smooth. However, I paid for a parking spot but the front desk didn’t have a parking fob for me. It was delivered the next day around 12:30pm which was inconvenient considering we were only there for 2 nights. My biggest complaint are the elevators. They are slow. Insanely slow. There are 3 elevators but one of them wasn’t working. For the sheer number of residents/visitors, 2 working elevators was not enough and the situation got to be frustrating. The wait for the elevators was so long and everyone packed in like sardines. The elevators is the primary reason this isn’t getting a better review.

I always have an amazing stay at the Hazelton The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable.. The staff is amazing, they all go above and beyond to make my stay special I look forward to my return
