"Staff was absolutely amazing. Every single person from valet, front desk, room service, bellhop, etc. was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. That being said, I understood the Omni to have a high reputation, and that expectation was far from met. My room was small and basic, no different or better than hotels of lesser reputation. I had broken outlet covers, i had a window with missing/broken blinds. My shower handle and trim were loose and wobbly. Overall, I'd say this was a motel quality room. As wonderful as the staff were, I would never stay here again. Great staff does not make up for that room quality."

"Hotel was excelent. The property is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The restaurant and terrace were a plus we enjoyed having a drink on the terrace. Parking is very convenient and plenty of parking. We were only there for one night but wished we could have stayed for more. We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. The front desk was amazing. The lady that check us in ( sorry I forgot her name ) was phenomenal. She was professional and smiling and had a great sense of humor. This hotel is amazing and we really enjoyed our stay"

"Hotels. Com.. I had a family emergency. Couldn't make the trip. Last thing I was thinking about was remembering to cancel the comfort inn Foxboro Massachusetts on 6/6/26. Got fully charged 301.00. Just very bad. I understand the policy. I have used Hotels.com for many years. Very disappointed in the site.. very bad.. not right. Sorry"

"The front desk clerk was very helpful. He asked where we would like our room. I just said on a quiet floor. He put us on the perfect quiet floor. The beds slept well and the room air conditioning was quiet. Breakfast was good. The location was perfect for the airport car rental return."
