The room was extremely nasty, towels dirty, shower dirty, stains on the bed sheets. The property manager was very rude and stated he had “different rooms for all the different people that came.” He also advised that we could pay extra for an “upgrade” when we brought the issues to his attention and denied that the room was dirty. Very poor customer service. Upon arrival, there was a sign that stated “gone for 10 minutes” with the property manager sitting in the lobby and would not assist us.

Immediately greeted by staff-promptly checked us in and upgraded our room free of charge, giving us a balcony and gorgeous view of the mountains. Made sure we were informed of everything and had all we needed. I inquired about using the pool, which I believe was being cleaned. No problem, by the time we got our swim suits on and down, then had it ready for us! We were the only ones in the pool area (on a Thursday), which was nice! Hot tub was just the right size and wonderfully hot!!! Room was clean, a/c worked great-as did all other electronics/appliances. Large size smart tv!! The usual shampoo/conditioner/lotion was provided, along with makeup remover wipe. Much appreciated by us females! Oh, and there are two separate sink areas!! That way if someone is in the shower, or one person is doing their makeup etc, not stuck waiting. Very pleased overall!!!!!!! The place you choose to stay at has a big impact on your getaway/vacation. We were able to stay in a nice place, with great service and amenities without going broke over a place to sleep!

The hotel was a little run down and not quite as clean as I would like; however the beds were comfortable and the room spacious. The biggest complaint we heard from the kids was that the pool was way too small. A little investment in this property and it would be an amazing place to stay.

I liked everything except for I had to wait for the receptionist to come to the desk and I had to call somebody cuz he was nowhere around but then he also knocked on my door at 11:00 in the morning reminding me of check out I feel like there should be a grace period after the 11:00 check out or he should call the room instead of banging on the door but overall it's clean nice in walking distance of the strip and convenient although it's kind of hard to find the parking
