- The second bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom ensuite.
- We have a third “bunkroom” off of the gameroom with a Queen Mattress and a full mattress. All beds and mattresses are brand new and the best available. We fell in love with the chalet floorplan the first time we saw it — there is one bedroom on each floor giving the chalet a truly spacious feel! | HOME THEATER / GAME ROOM |
Walk down the chalet spiral staircase to the lower floor. This floor has a full deck with a 4 person hot tub looking out over Pigeon Forge. | EXPERIENCE |
Wake up for coffee and step out to one of our 2 covered porches each morning. You will be greeted by full forest foliage from April – October, and an amazing view of the sparkling Pigeon Forge ferris wheel when the leaves fall. Grab breakfast at Mel’s at the bottom of the hill before heading for a hike in Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the most popular National Park in the USA. After a day on the trails or a driving adventure to Cade’s cove come back and relax in the hot tub, enjoy an air hockey tournament, or just sit and watch a movie on the 65” flatscreen in the HOME THEATER. Prefer to enjoy the town? You cannot get any closer to Pigeon Forge downtown and still have your own place. You are literally a mile from Pigeon Forge and the Island, and have great access to GSMNP. When your time relaxing here comes to an end, we are pretty sure you will be looking for available dates next year.

Need to be connected? We have blazing fast internet. Our Chalets are not out in the middle of the mountains without service. This is the fastest internet money can buy this side of the Smokies. When you are done work/play, enjoy easy Netflix/Hulu sign in on any TV (byo password).

We recognize you are entrusting us with your vacation, and we are committed to making it the experience you want.

| SECURITY |
The Mountain Chalet is in a quiet development on an overlook away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. For your security we have the following:
- Fully automated smart deadbolt. No need to deal with keys and coded lockboxes
- There is a floodlight camera on the front exterior of the chalet to monitor the front entrance. It lights the area, captures video of any wildlife visitors, and helps with weather monitoring and occupancy compliance.

| KIDS |
Kids are welcome here! We love kids and have provided several amenities to make their stay awesome.
- Set of 4 kids colored plastic plates, silverware, cups
- 1 Brand New highchair in the upstairs or downstairs closet
- 1 New Pack n’ play crib with a sheet in the upstairs closet. These are cleaned between each guest
- And yes — a brand new washer and dryer. We have kids and know this is important!

| IMPORTANT |
- No cable provided
- The chalet is set up with premium beds and mattresses to comfortably sleep 8 adults.
- You will not be able to sit all guests at the table at the same time. We have provided seating on the couch with coffee table to accommodate.
- We offer a high-quality product. If you are looking for a cheap, budget experience this place is probably not a good fit for you. We do not offer discounts.
- You will have a connected chalet on at least one side. There are no shared doors, entrances, parking spaces or any need to interact with anyone outside of your group. Each chalet has its own private hot tub and 2 full private decks with floor to ceiling separating walls. Decks do not connect. We have designed this to be a quiet basecamp for adventures and priced it accordingly. If you want to have a party, this is not the place for you.
- These chalets offer a rustic mountain experience and the amenities our demanding patrons request. If you want a cabin hanging off a high mountainside with treacherous roads, well water, spotty wifi, rodents and bear sightings, you will be disappointed here. If you want a launchpad for your adventures and a spot to rest after a long day in GSMNP you will love our mountain chalet.

Great Location
Enjoyed our stay. This chalet was in a great location. Close to town but out of town. Everything was clean, check in and out was easy, it was the perfect space for what we needed. Will book again in the future.

Couldn’t ask for better
We had a great time! The condo was very easy to find and close to everything! It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed that it was three levels so each of us go our own spaces. My daughters loved the hot tub and we all loved the view on The Island. The owners were very quick to respond and even messaged about some fun things to do while we were there and checked in! All around we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

2023 Fall Break
When we arrived the front door was unlocked, the thermostat was on 65° and locked and the jacuzi was hot and running. There were no written instructions provided. There were no dish cloths or dish towels. The dishes in the cabinet we're dripping wet. We stayed Mon-Fri, and some were still wet when we left. There was no chest or dresser to store clothes. For a place that sleeps 8, there was nowhere 8 people could congregate together. The piece of furniture to watch TV (main floor) on was made for children, not adults. There was nowhere to relax. The photos were rather deceptive; there was only 1 set of bunk beds, when the photos clearly show 2, no foosball table, no placemats or napkins, virtually no decor.

You Get What You Pay For
We chose this based on cost and proximity to the strip, but I will never again do that. The property is managed by a company so the emails from them went to junk. I did find the check in process eventually but it was after attempts to contact them failed. First impression was bad, the sidewalk in front has a tarp covering something making the door harder to get to. The only kind of positive is the mattress in the master bedroom upstairs was in good shape but we did find hairs under the pillows that were not ours. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms were in desperate need of cleaning with caked on dust. Everything else was cheap or worn out. The lock on the front door needs to be replaced it is not easily unlocked or locked from the outside. The couch on the main level needs replaced, siting on it felt like I was sliding forward the cushions were so worn out. If there’s more than 3 people staying you can’t sit comfortably in any room. There are no dressers to store clothes in so leave them in your suitcase and try to find a spot on the floor for them. The shower heads are terrible with very poor water pressure. If you just need a place to sleep and nothing else it’s fine, but it was a budget remodel for sure and not somewhere to stay more than a couple nights. There is no air hockey table as others mentioned, but does have an arcade machine.

Great location
We spent 3 nights and found it spacious for 2 adults and 4 teens. 2 slept on each floor, and the teens loved the hot tub! The location is only minutes to restaurants and attractions in Pigeon Forge and a quick drive to Gatlinburg as well. Owners very friendly and responsive. We felt safe and enjoyed the dedicated parking.

Overall disappointing
Good location. Upstairs beds were comfortable. A few big problems- the basement carpet under the bunk beds was wet, got worse thru the night. Also, the front door did not properly close. The ravine outside of our balcony was littered with old beer cans and alcohol bottles. We left after 1 night due to the wet carpet that smelled horrible, while the managers did offer to bring out fans to dry the carpet this was not an acceptable solution since something was obviously leaking. The owner was not willing to give us a refund for our last 3 nights. Overall we were very disappointed in this rental and the owner.
