Check in was easy. Parking is a bit of an issue. Lot is shared with Dennys . Breakfast room could be a little more wheelchair accessible. Luggage carts were blocking the hallway most of the time. Room was clean. Housekeeper seemed excellent. A/C was quite noisy. Ended up shutting it off the last night we were there so we could sleep. But all in all a great trip!

I loved everything. The breakfast was really amazing. The room was clean and spacious. All the events were close by. Easy parking and the kids loved the indoor pool and sauna.

The Comfort Inn at Dollywood Lane was nice enough, but the microwave didn't work, and the parking wasn't great. The vending machines weren't working well. It wasn't the ideal stay.

Could do with a good overhaul. Needs painting. My husband is handicapped and he spilled a package of sugar trying to make a cup of coffee, maids came in and made bed and brought towels but never attempted to sweep up sugar. I wet a napkin and got what I could up. No extra blanket. Just seems very old and worn.
