Not many dinning options around the hotel, but their breakfast was great. Very nice and friendly staff, rooms very clean.

I stay here often for personal reasons. The staff here is always so friendly and professional. For example the young lady who checked us in today gave us food recommendations and was very helpful with other local information.

People were running in and out rooms slamming doors all night window shade did not close all the way we were on the first floor and people were running by our windows all night someone at one point was looking in. White truck was outside our windows with his lights on at 5:30 this morning. Breakfast was horrible. Cold French toast sausage links were hard. Front desk was told of experience and was not very responsive

The hotel was very accessible and close to shopping and downtown. The people at the hotel were very accommodating, I arrived at 11 am for a 3 pm check in and was able to be in my room before noon. The TV didn’t seem to be working properly. There were only about 10-15 channels that worked properly. It didn’t matter a great deal as my time was taken up.

My family stayed at Holiday Inn Express Pembroke for Lumbee homecoming last year and we loved the hotel. It’s a bonus being a short drive away from the Lumbee council. I will stay here again and again!

This was my 2nd stay at this property. I was very disappointed this time around. I was in a room that could be an adjoining room and it seems as if the walls were paper thin. The person next to me was talking so loud on her speaker phone I could hear the whole conversation, children were banging and making noise. The next morning housekeeping was in the hallway yelling to each other down the hallway by my door, then was joined by a baby crying and yet another phone conversation. The air unit was so loud that it drowned out the TV. I did not rest well because of all of the noise. I was charged $200 for one night and the shower barely was functional. I will not be staying again.

My stay in Pembroke was great. The hotel was surrounded by undeveloped land so it kinda made for a peaceful stay and gave me the opportunity to walk the sidewalks that didn't have passing cars. I liked that the bath items were pump bottles to reduce waste. I guess my only complaint was that noise of neighbors seems to travel. My next door neighbor was on the phone and I can tell you ever word he said. There was music playing in another room.

The women at the front desk had an aditude did not need that at 1:30 in the morning The noise was terrible first the heater fan was very loud second the people upstairs were running around all night and finally the people in the room next to us had a dog that was barking all night they also were taking the dog outside and slamming the door and talking very loud every 20 minutes. I will never stay there again and I travel alot to the area.
