"On-site restaurant offers excellent, high quality food, but prices are a bit high. Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping was a hit-or-miss (had to request on two of our four days there), and body lotion amenity was not replenished at all. Overall, we like the hotel for its convenience to shopping and its newness. "
"The staff were absolutely excellent and the room while dated was clean and comfortable and the bed was fairly new.
The biggest problem in this area is the high number of homeless population, many with mental illness. The multiple engagements I saw hotel security staff having with them were nothing short of very confrontational and gave a very unsafe sense about the entire area, Due to the quantity and the level of drug addiction in this homeless population, I would not recommend booking a hotel in this area again."
