Pleasant staff, with a very charming atmosphere. Hotel rooms are a little dated and need some renewals. There is a disconnect between the night and day staff. The night guy told me that for an additional €8, I can get breakfast. I accepted. But, once I got to the breakfast, the person allowing me in to the breakfast area insisted on an €11 charge. Since the difference was so little, I let it go.
But suffice it to say, this kind of communication is not professional.
The room was large, attractively designed and decorated, and clean. My only negative comment might be that the some of the furnishings were looking a little bit worn (a few chips in the bed-frame, a stain on the chair). WiFi was quick and reliable, although you needed to enter username and password for validation frequently. Breakfast was adequate - there was ample selection and everything was of a good standard (but not exceedingly so). Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
I had a meeting set in one of the many hotels at the area. I choose this hotel for its reasonable price. Really good price in a nice place. Full of restaurants, near the shopping mall and the Metro Station.
We stayed in this hotel to be able to reach the airport ( on the metro ) for an early morning flight after visiting our holiday home . It was ideal but I would buy the breakfast elsewhere...it was adequate but not exciting. Other than this the hotel was exactly what we needed and we will use again.
