Booked stay months in advance only to arrive and be told they overbooked 15 rooms! Staff was apologetic and sent us to another property a few miles away that was not nearly as nice and older, had a weird smell. It was only for one night so we made it work but it was still a major inconvenience, especially after being on the road for hours with four kiddos.

We were there for 2 days. We got locked out of our room and had to wsit because our keys didnt work. There was a leak on the forst floor by elevator so it smelled really bad and the floor.was very slippery.

Never booking here again. First day had to wait 1 hour for them to try and find an issue that they were having with the cards. I went back and forth telling them that the card was not working, it wasn’t unlocking the door. They sent a security supposedly with the working card keys and that didn’t work either!!!
