"The first night we stayed, everything was fine. On the second night, the radiator was knocking so loud that it sounded like someone was hitting it with a wrench. This happened multiple times an hour all night. We called the front desk and his response was "I can bring you some ear plugs." When I spoke with the desk manager in the morning about it, his response was "I can't do anything about it." I would not stay here again."

"Great and convenient location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Subway is only a block away. Friendly staff, clean room, and charming lobby in a pre-war building. However, the a/c was loud, and I had to put in earplugs while sleeping. The electrical outlets to charge phones are not conveniently located (not by bedside). Most important for me is that while there is a cafe machine in the room, there is no kettle to boil water for tea which I need every morning. Hope they could provide a kettle upon request in the future. "

"The receptionist is very rude and doesn't suggest any logical alternatives. Given the hotel's price-quality level, I recommend spending a few more dollars and staying at a different hotel…"

"Excellent location to have access to all a tourist could want. Downside is the lack of room service, no swimming pool, and no waters in the rooms. They have an extra charge for anything extra. Overall a good place to stay if you are not spending much time at the hotel."
