Great new hotel. Clean. Quiet. Convenient location. Good parking. Would stay again!

Had a wonderful stay. Staff are nice and Orland Park is a nice place.

I really enjoyed this day here and the staff was very helpful.

It’s perfect if you are going to a game at the United Center

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. It's proximity to the L had its pros and cons. The only con being the noise but it was so minimal that you only heard it while sitting on the window...

Clean and new! Good breakfast - though could use fresh fruit and peanut butter! (And the butter kept refrigerated meant it was rock hard). Interesting signage in the room that allowed the cleaning staff to identify who was cleaning - I find this personalization (or a note), highly increases the chances I’ll leave a cash tip. Also the room service information has a QR code doesn’t work - probably means no service - but better to have clear signage re amenities in the room. Love the covered...

Staff was very helpful answering any questions at anytime of day. Room was clean, many tv & movie channels, fridge & microwave. Bathroom was clean, with an accessable walk-in shower that dries well with door open. Hotel is about a half an hour drive from Chicago. Breakfast is a highlight of the place, eggs, sausage, breads, fruit, fresh pancakes & waffles, yogurt, juices and more! Overall a great, safe stay, would come back for sure.

Excellent hotel!

Overall everything was great!

This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. That means you can reach all the city's attractions quite easily. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is simple but beautiful and clean (the lobby and sitting area are both really nice). The room was cozy with a great view. Absolutely every corner of the room and the...

Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Great hotel, great style. Room was super nice and bed very comfy. Would stay again. Room with view on the river is great for the view, just a bit noisy at night with sirens and honks. But overall perfect stay in Chicago !

Very nice location and price was good for it

Staff very helpful, friendly and excellent at their roles. Breakfast amazing!! Laundry facility very helpful. Room clean and good amenities. Highly recommend the hotel.

I wanted to express my positive experience during my recent stay. The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. It was also very well located, being close to all the exhibitions.
