"Aside from a lack of elevator this hotel was wonderful! The breakfast offered was delicous and even included more substantial items like eggs and bacon and beans. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful with any and all questions. The hotel and the rooms all had air conditioning too which was a must for the hot summer days!"

"Breakfast is great! If you get there early, you can get a table with a canal view. It's a buffet and included in your stay Room is ok. The hotel is 500 years old, so keep that in mind. Room is quiet tho, and everything worked. Location is great! really a 3 min walk to rialto bridge in one direction and 3 min walk to st mark's square in the other direction. plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Service was wonderful. all the staff were friendly and knowledgable and spoke english. Transfer service is a must. inquire about transportation to and from airport. makes your life soo much better."

"Surprising good hotel. I wasn't expecting a fully renovated and modern hotel in Venice. Location was convient too. Lots of good resuturants nearby and access to water bus to get around the island and further points. A fast water bus shuttle to the airport, very close to the hotel.
