The Hotel says elevator, they have 2 separate buildings and an elevator only in 1. Says AC but not available on our visit. No free water in lobby, have to buy water. Lots of bugs in room. Stayed there due to lower rate and guess we got what we paid for. Stay elsewhere.

Terrible hotel
Our stay was horrible. The room was filthy and smelly. The bathroom looked like it never got clean before. The mattress was uncomfortable so we couldn’t sleep at all and our daughter’s bed was broken so she needed to sleep on our bed. The room located in the second floor without an elevator and without prior notice on my reservation so I needed to grab all my family bags and suitcases by myself on the stairs. I don’t know how this hotel ranked as a 4 Star hotel. It’s definitely lie and I would never comeback there.

Compared to some other properties it seems like one of the better ones visually. However during our stay our AC didn’t work which wasn’t fun and our room kinda smelled funny. Like a mix of cigarette smoke and something else. Breakfast is okay. Nothing extravagant honestly. Overall an okay experience.
