The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "Terrible stay.Rooms are very old and not maintained.Room smells fried oil all the time and very strong odor.Mold in the ceiling ,the wood floor is broken and has lot of wide cracks.closet door is broken and missing a panel.Ac was not working and room was very hot .WORSE HOTEL TO STAY IN ."
