Hotel is very clean and staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had a great variety of items and drinks. Well worth the price. Very short drive to Marco Polo airport.

We found the hotel to be in a good location not too far from the airport, the room was clean and comfortable we managed to get a good nights sleep, the breakfast buffet was a little limited, they offer a shuttle service to the airport for 8euros per person, overall good value for money

The rooms are no frills very basic. The staff is outstanding and so very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated all their help. The shuttle service to the airport is wonderful as well. Beautiful lobby and bar area, basic rooms.

The property is in a good location and clean. The rooms were ready for us when we arrived without issue. The staff could have been a little more helpful regarding some bus information and navigating the town but other than that everything was great.

Very clean rooms and hotel. Staff is exceptionally helpful. They have shuttle service for an additional fee . Airport is only 10 minutes away and the provide luggage storage before 2 pm check-in. I thought also was reasonably priced.

Ok so location was amazing. The restaurant was awesome staff was so helpful. I have two massive complaints. 1. For those with mobility issues it is a massive step out of shower. I am 6ft and the step out is above my knee in height. 2. You come to a hotel to sleep. Not here they are prison beds. It was like sleeping on cement and the pillow was laughable. I slept with my plane neck pillow. Give a warning that your beds are insanely firm. At almost 300 euro a night I should be sleeping on a cloud.

Excellent breakfast. Staff was amazing. Bar has an exceptional selection of drinks and bartender knew what he was doing. Location is close to bus stop that will take you straight to Venice. Free parking as well.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly nor helpful in locating the bus. I was told “it’s across the street” when in fact it was not. After wondering towards town, back to the hotel to then locate a sign about the bus, and then wondered in the other direction I found the bus. However by that time it was late in the day. Tourist attractions were closing so I just went back to the hotel for the evening. The tub to get in and out of the shower was very high to step over and I nearly fell 3xs getting in and out plus standing in the shower as the base of the tub was slippery with no traction. Otherwise the hotel was nice, convenient to the airport, and their breakfast was wonderful.
