Staff was very short with us. We had two rooms. One was freezing and one was a sauna. We asked twice about correcting the AC and after sending someone to the hot room they did nothing to help. The room remained at 26 degrees C until we packed up and left I. The morning. They mentioned moving us and didn’t bother.

Elegant and modern accommodations. The rooms were very comfortable. The showers have great water pressure and lots of hot water. We had no issues at all with the hotel. The location is a little bit remote, although very close to the airport. There are just few shops, businesses, or restaurants that are within walking distance. However, the hotel restaurant is excellent

This hotel is worth staying at for something close to the Venice airport, but there are much better options for the money. The carpet looked like it was pulled from a cheap motel. The walls has scuffs all over them. They don't even offer free breakfast for the price you pay there and they offer shuttle service but also for an extra cost. Pretty disappointing for a 4 star hotel.
