The room was clean and spacious The bathroom was also clean It was a one night stay but I was happy with the property and the stay and the staff and hopefully next time we’ll use the amenities

Cool place in a great location. Big rooms.

I don't normally do reviews because I travel often but this was probably the most disappointing experience at a Hampton. Our room was not ready at check-in. The coffee bar was not stocked on one occasion. When we asked for an item, it was tossed on the counter to us. The attendant didn't even restock the counter, just got us 2 packets. The breakfast toaster was not working on both days. When I asked about it, I was told they were waiting on a new one. I get it, but why have it out for people to waste their time running bread through it over and over again? Also, we noticed a concerning amount of fruit flies in the breakfast/coffee area.

If in doubt, stay here. 5 * for everything. We thought it was a brand new hotel! Pristine clean rooms. Wonderful shower. So comfy bed and pillows. Pull down shade kept light out. Quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast best hotel breakfast ever. Pancake station, mini omelets (egg white veggies and cheese), bacon, turkey sausage, nice selection of juices and coffee, cereal, fresh fruit, pastries that looked delicious. We found our new forever hotel when we ate in Rochester to visit our kids and grands. Above and beyond every hotel we have stayed at in the Rochester area.

We have stayed here many times but it’s been a couple years. We stayed 3 nights. The first room we had there was a screw driver left by maintenance on the bathroom sink and the phone didn’t work to call down or to order room service. They switched rooms for us and it was one floor up and just as bad. Every unit has wall ac units like you would get at an airport best western. And they are just as loud as you would think. Also the bathroom fan never goes off and is just as loud so you are getting it from both sides of the room. There was a wedding going on our last night and even being on the 5th floor it was like they were in the room with us until around 2am. The lobby and restaurant are nice and the food was good and the beds were comfortable. Just a super outdated hotel with no frills but you are paying top dollar around 300 plus a night, and for that area it’s a big ask. Def will not be returning next month on another trip.
