« The private hot tubs in the tree houses and cabins are too short to accommodate one or 2 people.
The self service check-in is annoying, there is nobody on the premises and we couldn't lock our treehouse door. I called the phone support and they insisted on sending me a video instead of just telling me how to lock the entry door. I had to talk to someone in the Philippines about charging the security deposit to my credit card.

« Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen.
