« Lovely property with hardwood and tile floors. Thoughtfully decorated and an excellent location for getting downtown or onto the I-5 highway. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, a plentiful larder and clean bathroom plus pool/beach towels. Short walk to local Ralph's grocery store and take-out/restaurants. Parking for 2 cars and Host Jesse was friendly when reached out to and quickly resolved an issue with the wifi modem. The pool was a highlight for the kids and we also enjoyed BBQ &...

"The service is often not professional, though not rude, hotel generally not really cleaned and pretty outdated. But the worst part of the stay was the night between Tuesday to Wednesday during which the door could not open because of no battery. No one succeeded to fix it and I finally had to sleep in another room in front of my room (without any of my stuff, including professional computer). Most surprisingly, employees weren’t looking surprise, and even more shockingly I had to pay for that night to! The least would have been to offer the stay ! So to summarise : avoid this hotel."

"Ressort très bien situé très agréable dans l ensemble mais franchement très peu de service, c’est un camping de luxe parfait pour les familles et les amateurs de sports nautiques, avec une vue magnifique sur Mission Bay. Chambres très grandes, mais sans plus. Attention aux surprises facturées comme le entertainment fee de $44 / jour ou le parking facturé malgré les parkings gratuits tout autour franchement c’est abuser. Reposant malf’gre tout mais éviter les week-ends et jours fériés car l’hôtel est envahi par des milliers de locaux qui ne sont pas résidents de l’hôtel vu que les plages sont publiques. Un bon spot de vacances à San Diego, mais rien d’exceptionnel non plus"
