Located in the Heart of San Diego's historic Uptown - this bright and airy customized home offers style and privacy for a family of 3 - 4 or two adult couples traveling together! A well-behaved pet is also welcome. The dramatic Open Floorplan boasts vaulted beamed ceilings, a switch-activated gas fireplace, comfortable Pottery Barn and Italian leather furnishings. and gleaming hardwood floors. The open Kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances and cooking tools for the chef-enthusiast. The kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with all the things we needed which was so great! The bedrooms had extra pillows and blankets and the beds were very comfortable. The living room was bright and cozy, we enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. The deck was so relaxing and offered great views as well as fruit trees that gave me all the limes I needed! We literally felt like we were in a home away from home. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Kent, the property manager, was very friendly, accommodating, and gracious. The house was super clean. I hesitated before renting it because it's a little more expensive than some other properties I looked at, but I'm so glad I did because it was very comfortable and I could tell the owners take very good care of it. Highly recommended! One small irritation, it was very difficult to figure out the remote controls. There were three of them with about 100 different buttons. By the time I got the TV to work. I totally forgot what I had done to get it working. It would be great to have some written instructions just to get the damn thing on! ##### Paul A.
