We welcome you to our lovely remodeled home, which sits below the University of San Diego, just minutes to SeaWorld and Mission Bay. You'll arrive to a pristine, fully-furnished home equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay; full kitchen, cooking essentials, including an outdoor BBQ, two 4K HD Roku tv's, high speed internet, washer/dryer and a large private backyard. \*\* Leather couch, wood flooring, wood furniture, plush towels and Egyptian cotton bedding \*\* 6-seat dining table \*\* A/C \*\* New appliances \*\* Dedicated office space \*\* Separate well-stocked laundry room \*\* All three beds are new, memory foam and very comfortable \*\* Phone/tablet/laptop charging stations \*\* Ping pong table, board games \*\* Outdoor lounge area on back patio \*\* BBQ \*\* Amenities for kids; high chair, booster, stroller and a pack 'n play :) Park safely in the driveway with plenty of street parking.
