The staff at this hotel were so kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and cool. We enjoyed the pool area, which was so refreshing on such a hot day. The breakfast was over the top excellent! Fresh cooked eggs and bacon and waffles!! We couldn't believe it! I would stay again, for sure!!

The staff are very professional. Room was very clean. Food was good. Our checkin was for 4 o'clock but we waited just over an hour to get checked in because room wasn't ready. That was a bit of a drag. Everything else was awesome. Great pool and waterside.

The hospitality at this hotel is unlike any other. Everyone who works here is very friendly and very helpful with anything one my need.
I chose this location specifically because it is close to my partner's family home. The area is great for walking. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
With a bar, nightclub, resturant & game room/casino, there's a lot to do on the premises. Swimming pool is a fun plus as well with the included water slide.

I love this hotel, but I had a room for two and the second person would be arriving late, I let the day staff know, but he had come later in the night and the day staff did not let the night staff know that a guest would be arriving late. The man at the front desk thought my boyfriend wanted to rent a room, my boyfriend was telling him he was arriving late, the man did not understand and so my boyfriend went outside to call me, the man followed my boyfriend to the door and locked the door behind...
