Lower Fort Garry National Historic Site Tours and Activities

Very Clean room but outdated. The location is great, but The bathroom was stained, and looked yellow, the soaps provided smelled like burned plastic. The Ac beeped every time it turned on or off. Would not stay here again.

The staff were very accommodating. There was a mix-up with my reservation through Expedia. The staff were unable to find my reservation even though I had a receipt and confirmation. They asked me to wait while they looked into it further. I was then told they would upgrade my room to a suite. The suite was wonderful, clean and very spacious. I really appreciated their prompt response and the willingness to provide me a room. I was very impressed with their courteous professionalism and great customer service. I would recommend the hotel to others travelling to Winnipeg.
