"The property was difficult to get into. We and other bookings missed the main entrance nd had to go around the block to get back into. Parking was another issue especially driving a truck. The pool was packed and the water temp was too cold for young children."

"Convenient close to the airport. Decent price. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. The bathroom drain needs to be changed and cleaned out. Had 2 showers the water was not hot."

"The hotel room was clean, the bed was super comfy. My only complaint and it’s a minor one is the bathroom is super small. A bigger person would have a hard time fitting in there. The doors to the floors are all locked which is nice. Feels a bit more secure."

"The hotel is situated very close to Polo park shopping mall; has parking lot that is monitored by cameras, managed by hotel staff. Breakfast is not included, but there is a restaurant on 2 nd floor woking breakfast and lunch hours. The hotel ,some areas , would benefit from renos."

"The stay was an amazing stay, but just wish they will work on the facility in terms of a new paint job, and more convenient passages outside. Staff was friendly. I just feel like canada inns could do better considering their one of the top hospitality industries,"
