From start to finish our stay was lovely! We called the night prior to make sure everything was okay and Tim was very nice to speak with and even offered to collect us from the train station! He was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the centre and has a lot of restaurants and bars on the walk down. The apartment itself was spotless and really cosy and the bed was AMAZING! The small additions such as the drinks in the fridge and the tray of treats were a lovely touch. We even found a bag outside our door with fresh bread and pastries which were enjoyed! Fantastic location and the apartment is great. Has everything you need plus more when your away from home. Sky was a great added bonus and you don't really expect that. Was a slight issue with the tv and remotes in both rooms. Remote are very stiff so you need to press the buttons hard and the picture on the tv when watching sky goes black but still has the sound. So you have to switch off and on to fix. Not complaining here. Just wanted to leave the feedback as I left early and didn't get to see the owner. Fabulous apartment so close to the city with easy access to walk everywhere to see the sights or catch the train or bus to explore nearby areas in Norfolk. Tim was amazingly helpful by picking me up from the station with my luggage when I arrived and also took me back when I departed. As I have Coeliac Disease I asked that no unwrapped gluten pastries were left in the kitchen and they weren't. The oranges and the little bottles of wine were enjoyed immensely. Thank you Tim for the little extra things you provided me to make my stay so enjoyable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and as if we were the very first to use it. The property was safe, in a good location and in excellent condition. There were MANY little extras which amounted to a lot and therefore value for money was excellent. The manager, Tim, was always at the end of the phone for any needs. He went the extra mile for us and even gave us a drive-past the football stadium before dropping us at the station on our last day. THANK YOU TIM. All you did was truly appreciated. Tim does a brilliant job of making you feel welcome and looked after. Nothing is ever too much trouble and i wouldn't stay anywhere else in Norwich now. Local restaurants give you plenty of choice and deliveroo also available if your working late. Apartment has all the facilities you need as well and its a spacious apartment with ample car parking. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Tim was very friendly and checked us in early which was very appreciated. Snacks and a mini bar provided alongside breakfast in the morning. Flat was a bit warm and seagulls were loud in the morning but no other issues. I'd 100% recommend! We only had two days so we will have to go back.
