"The desk kindly upgraded us to a suite in the newly remodeled 18th floor. The suite was fantastic--clean, roomy and bright with a wonderful view of the Mighty Mississippi! The only negative comment I have i that the bed pillows are very thick and uncomfortable for me. Perhaps others would like them ..."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel! Only thing is there is one microwave to use on the 2nd floor. If there were microwaves in each room or at least one on each floor that would be awesome. Other than that we definitely enjoyed our stay."
