"There are only minor items to reflect on - My husband and I are senior citizens and the thermostat was hard to figure out. The kitchen sink does not have a stopper to keep water in to wash dishes. The television does not carry the major networks. Like I said - these were minor issues. The house was very clean."

"The place was very clean and in great condition. Very easy check in. The color scheme was very relaxing and I loved the artwork. we only used the queen bed which was comfortable. Parking was not an issue because we were there in the off season. We would consider renting again for next year if still available."

"Brought my girlfriend here for a weekend for her birthday, was a short distance to the beach and boardwalk. Didn’t have to drive at all during the duration of our stay. It was clean and easy to check in and out of, 10/10 would stay again."

"No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise"

"Great little beach house only blocks from the shore! Perfect for a long weekend. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Host was great and easy to work with. Only complaint was lack of cleaning supplies. We have messy kids and the house didn’t come with basic cleaning supplies. We needed to improvise a broom and dustpan! Minor stuff, not even enough to knock it off 5 stars!"

The renting on Vrbo was a little confusing nothing to do with the owner or property, but checking out I was charged 1,000$ extra I guess for incidentals?? I guess I didn’t read correctly about that somewhere which gave me an over draft paying for the place. So just make sure you read the fine print somewhere...

"The place was quite charming. Proximity and walking distance to downtown is exceptional. You can be to just about anywhere within downtown Lambertville within 10-12 minutes. Hosts are quite responsive. The house is quite beautiful, lots of details. We’d recommend brighter lighting and disclose that the TV is a tiny one located in the far corner of kitchen toward ceiling, making it unconducive to LRoom movie watching."

"We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. It is a small cottage - one bedroom, combined living room/kitchen area and one bathroom but it had all the essentials for a quick girls weekend. A little cramped with two adults and two kids, but it was expected and met our expectations. Everything was clean, location to the beach was great and the two complimentary beach tags were a nice touch. Owner was responsive and helpful."
