"Host was great to help us and great if I had any questions she answered quickly and the place was vary clean , and location of house was close to everything from whale watching and dolphin watching which was 14 to 16 minutes from house and close to Wildwood and bird watching so on .We will rent it again .Would reackamind it to anyone who would ask where to stay in Cape May New Jersey. PRICE was great also"

"Just had a wonderful stay in the Smith Cottage attached to the main house. The cottage was a full sized apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath. The house is beautifully kept with delicious breakfast served on the porch. Afternoon cookies and tea were a nice touch. It's a five minute walk to the beach and I appreciated the beach chairs and towels they supply. It's also a 5 minute walk to the Washington Street mall and downtown."

"Everything was great and we were enjoying our stay when, on the second full day there, we were told that no beach umbrellas were going to be available, only the lounges and towels (or cabanas for $100/day). No explanation was given. We assumed it was because there was a little stronger breeze than the day before, and there were no lifeguards on the hotel’s part of the beach. I want to mention that the other hotels and condos around us were allowing umbrellas to be used on the beach that day. The temperature was in the mid eighties so it was not possible to sit in the sun for any length of time without an umbrella. We ended up sitting at the pool the whole day. I suppose it would be good to know beforehand what the hotel’s policy is on this. With only a two full day stay, the beach was our main focus, so this was a big disappointment."

"We have stayed at a few hotels across from the beach in Cape May and this hotel is by far my favorite. The location is perfect for walking to nearby shops and restaurants. It was easy to walk across the street to the beach and the pool was heated for taking a dip after the beach. The room and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating while they honored our requests for beach chairs and bikes. I really loved it here."

"First time here. Had ocean view deluxe room. Very clean. Very spacious. Large 2 person walk in shower. Separate Bedroom and living room with sofa bed and chair. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Beach bar and music. Gym on the property. Restaurant on property. Staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend."
