"Very clean and tidy! Had everything we needed as advertised. Great communication with owners and close enough to attractions on the Boardwalk but far enough to be in a nice quiet part of the neighborhood. Loved it!"

The pool area was super invititing and there were other spaces were you could sit and relax outside your room. The location was perfect, only 1 block to the beach and the beginning of the boardwalk. We already talked about booking here again next year!"

"If you have traveled to Jersey shore before, you know that parking is key. I would say this was the best thing of this stay. If you are considering a hotel stay vs this, the price and what was provided is not worth this. Do your research first. The extra fees and such will make this a more expensive stay than a hotel. The room is the same as a hotel room so really no difference other than what you get with hotel and what you have to pay extra for here. The room was clean and the area was quiet....

"Some of the information in the listing is inaccurate. The bed is a full size not a queen. The building is not smoke free. Everyone on the property was smoking. There were ashtrays outside all the units. Parking is listed as an amenity. On arrival the HOA president told us we needed a parking permit and it was 25 a day. He said only the owner was allowed to park there. Property management company got involved and handled the issue. The unit was very dirty. The sofa is totally sunken in and has...
