"The stay was okay. We stayed over 3 nights. Best part of the hotel is its easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. There was a children’s park next to the hotel which was a big hit. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to a lot of restaurants. We loved the pool at the heated pool at the hotel and it was well maintained. A few things that were a let down was that we were asked to move rooms after the first night of the stay. I’m not sure how often this happens but it was inconvenient for us with a 1 year old to move rooms. The rooms were fine but would have been great to have a kitchenette. The restaurant inside the hotel was okay, slightly overpriced for the quality I would say. Overall, I would rate it a 3/5 given the location of hotel and the beach plus board walk."

"Overall the hotel is great! The location is prime and away from the main boardwalk. It a short ride to Cape May. Recommendations: clean the pool filters more conservatively, add Queen size beds for a double occupancy room, find a better location for the iron board, that is not under the bed, there should try be a tip request if a person is picking up their own order, consider a cover over room peep holes, allow people to adjust the thermostat to their own preference. Pool is perfect temperature."

"The beach view was beautiful. Location was perfect. The room itself nothing like pictures displayed. The closet doors in the room were not on correctly and were falling off there hinges every time you opened it. There were no USB ports in the room. When you tried to open the refrigerator door the entire refrigerator moved, You had to hold in place and then open door. Bed was not very comfortable sheets were clean but multiple stains. The best part was the beach view and being in walking distance of everything."

"Our family rented three rooms for our stay, and we could not have been happier with the experience. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. We received a welcome text upon check-in letting us know we could simply text if we needed anything during our stay. We requested a few extra items for one of our rooms, and they responded within seconds. The items were delivered promptly, which was very impressive. One of the many perks is that beach chairs are included with the rooms. Since the beach is directly in front of the hotel, we took advantage of that amenity. Unfortunately, one of the chairs would not open. I sent a quick text to the hotel, and within minutes a staff member brought us a replacement chair right to us on the beach. That level of attentiveness and responsiveness felt like VIP service! The pool area was beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. The hotel also offers many amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our entire family was comfortable and well taken care of. Excellent hospitality, great communication, beautiful facilities, and exceptional customer service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway."
