"I had a very pleasant stay at Sonesta. The hotel is in a great location, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The parking garage is very convenient, especially for guests traveling by car. My only suggestion is that the hotel should offer breakfast, as it would make the stay even more enjoyable. One issue I experienced was with parking when the hotel was very busy. Even after paying for parking, it was difficult to find an available space. I believe the hotel should keep track of how many parking spaces are available before charging guests for parking. This would help avoid frustration and improve the overall guest experience. Another suggestion would be to place a local information guide in every room. It would be very helpful for guests to have information about the city, nearby restaurants, transportation options, attractions, shopping, and other useful services. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again."

"The Black female front desk clerk was one of the nicest front desk clerk I've met at a hotel. She went above and beyond her way to accommodate us with early luggage drop-off to possible early check-in to events going on for the fourth of July. I'm glad we stayed at this hotel. It turned out to be a good choice."

"The Room was very dark despite the number of light switches in the room. The room was all black and at least 10 wall light switches but half did not work. Basic shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in the shower-no body lotion and none available at the front desk. We were provided with one washcloth. No coffee machine in the room but coffee was availabe in the front lobby only in the AM-no tea. Even on a 115 degree day outside no rooms are available until 3PM and no room in the lobby to cool off. There is a convenience store with tables right next door. The bed was firm and no charging port so bring a wall charger. Overall the hotel has a convenient location."

"The property itself was gorgeous. it was a very busy weekend with 4th of July and the would cup going on. The check in took a while due to the long line and limited front desk staff. Other guest skipped the line to ask for more pool towels because they had run out which was indicating how busy it would be. We were offered those warm cookies at the end of check in as per double tree standard and that was a nice treat.Parking on site is a nightly fee and was super difficult due to how busy the property was. The room smelt stale as if it had not been properly cleaned. I notified the house keeper that I saw and she stated that the room was clean and she did not notice a problem but sprayed some freshener around the room. The in house dining was a cool option I wish the menu had a little more variety and more affordable. The restaurant staff were friendly and inviting. The pool was a nice and useful amenity. The power kept glitching due to the weather but the AC was great ! My family and I did not try the breakfast. Kids were playing knock and ditch at our door which was a bit annoying check out morning so we were awakened from our sleep earlier than we wanted. Overall I would give this stay a 6/10."
