Great property, hallways, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor pool were clean. Door man was super nice and respectful. Concierge lady was really sweet and helpful. I took my daughter and 3 friends for a 12 year old birthday celebration and it was a great stay, would totally return and recommend.

I booked Executive room: There was no bottles for water the coffee very cheap and no lounge available as per the reservation. I booked breakfast included but when checking in I was told no breakfast. Then the pool no good drinks no music very boring.

Staff is excellent. Our problem was the the guests that stayed next to us. The first two nights, we had smoke coming into our room. Staff did come to tell people not to smoke. They stopped, and the continued in the morning and evening of next day. The night of June 8th, a large group decided to have a party with loud music at 2:30 a.m. Again, staff had to be called.

I celebrated my daughter bday and has ice cream cake.. manager was nice enough to out it in the freezer except it looked like the refrigerator part. I literally said this looks like the fridge can you put it in the freezer portion. He said it was the freezer, it wasn't. Cake melted
