Hotel requires renovation. Exterior doors had wires hanging out where card readers belong and the common area carpets were dirty and patched. Had to search for a functional ice machine. The bed was comfortable and staff friendly. Ok for a one night stay if you don't mind the faults.

The hallways weren’t clean, however I was surprised that the rooms were very presentable. Staff was very friendly and timely in attending to our needs. Breakfast was basic cereal, waffles etc. Overall the stay was good for our need.

Good room at a good price

The check-in clerk was very good and helpful. It's not a fancy place, but everything in the room was just right and the price was right. The treadmill in the exercise room didn't work, which doesn't matter to everyone.

Party hotel

Arrives for check in at 6pm and room was not ready yet, had to wait. Hotel needs work. Carpet in hallways is worn and stained. Bathrooms not very clean. Tv frequently lost signal, room fridge broken. Pool was decent. People in the hotel were running up and down the halls through the night slamming doors, drunk in the halls. Unsupervised children. Not a restfull night sleep.

We arrived on Thursday - June 12th. Due to a traffic accident, all WIFI throughout the hotel was down. This includes the check in process, no TV in our room. After 48 hours service was restored. We didn't have maid service until Saturday afternoon. The beds were uncomfortable, bathroom sink backed up, shower diverter hard to use. We gave a list to the front desk and asked for these items to be addressed. there was a fair attempt. Not what we were expecting from Wyndham! Back to Thursday check in, Robert the only one on duty did an AMAZING job alone, checking people in, running them to their rooms. Thank you Robert! I appreciate his service and hustle!

The pool is big and nice but doesn't seem clean. The room seemed very nice upon first glance but the more time we spent in it we realized how poorly it had been cleaned. The tub was filthy. There were hairs all over the shower and bathroom. The knob to switch the water from the tub faucet to the shower was stuck in the up position so we could only use the shower portion. It took 10 minutes to get any kind of warm water to come out. The AC hardly worked. You couldn't feel it unless you stood directly by the unit. The facilities outside the room were not kept up at all. Torn up and stained carpets, cracking paint, lingering smells. One part of our room smelled like human feces at random times throughout our stay as if we could smell another room using the bathroom. Check in was easy, our room was quiet, and all amenities were as listed. A little cleanliness and upkeep goes a long way.
