Clean spacious room. Nice mattresses to sleep on. Coffee maker didn’t work but Kasim from maintenance team was very nice brew some special coffee for us in the kitchen and to replaced the machine in the room.

Broken tv, unplugged refrigerator, cold air vent directed at the bed, brightly lit thermostat that lights up the whole room while try to sleep, flashing smoke detector too close to the bed. Nice, clean pool area and good food in the dining hall. Nice shower, good water temperature, and comfortable beds.

Clean, spacious and quiet rooms..thought when I booked this hotel that breakfast was included, but was told it was not.? would be nice if a hot cup of coffee was available for late raisers and those coming back in after a eventful day, especially when its so cold like it has been. Overall nice place to stay.

This is my go to spot to stay when I’m back in Springfield, visiting family and friends. Once again, it did not disappoint. Especially want to give a shout-out to the crew that did the cleanup from the recent snowstorm. They did excellent snow removal. The staff was there during the snowstorm and I could tell some people were working hard to cover shifts. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently in the housekeeping staff from very friendly. The front desk people were accommodating, even when I kept forgetting my key! The gym is really nice and I used it during the day. They also have laundry facility so I didn’t have to go to the local laundromat during the week.

Having to pay for breakfast was a turn off being that it was one price even if I only had a small plate of fruit . I think breakfast should be included in stay price or they should have cheaper options. The staff was friendly and my dog was very comfortable
