"The walls of the room I stayed, 1701, had makings and stains. Rather unfortunate because otherwise the room was very clean, bed, sheets, and all. We had a beautiful view of the WTC. The gym was clean and accessible. But most importantly the staff was very courteous and accommodating. But most specifically I’d like to leave a huge shoutout to front desk agent Makiya. She was warm, friendly, most accommodating, always serving with a smile. My travel partner and I had multiple reservations for our period of stay and Makiya was amazingly proactive in making our stay flow seamlessly even with though we had multiple bookings. I look forward to staying at the property in the very near future."

"Absolutely stunning hotel! My one-night stay was amazing, and it was such a pleasure celebrating my now-fiancé’s 30th birthday here! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the entire staff was so welcoming and attentive. A special shoutout to Cindy at the front desk- she was the sweetest! Also! Great location with lots of parking. As a new hotel, a few small improvements would make the stay even better: adding a full-length mirror, more counter space, and updating the door hinges for a slower, quieter close. Overall, a beautiful stay and I’d definitely return!"
