The bathroom had a big hole that someone evidently kicked in the wall and there was a mouse in my room. The front desk offered me another room but I’m disabled and a change was beyond me at that point at night. The room was bright and fresh and the bed very comfortable. I’ve stayed her before and will likely stay here again but this stay was rather a disappointment concerning finding a rodent in my room.

Front staff was lovely and I appreciated the combiner airport shuttle. The room was absolutely filthy. I mean dirty dirty. Hair and dirt on the floor, cracks I. The floor and walls and ceiling, the outlet switch in the bathroom had ground in dirt. There was a bug in the bed. The only thing that was clean was the sheets and towels which were in a viably dirty towel holder. The curtain rod was hanging down and I am pretty sure there was was blood splatter on the inside of the door.

This motel misses the Motel 6 promise of “a clean, comfortable room with great service ” by a LONG SHOT! The room was filthy: the rug black with tracked-in asphalt from a sloppy parking lot paving job; the motel parking slots filled with spillover from the adjacent airport parking area (I was glad I didn't have a car); the shower temperature control didn't work properly; chewing gum was on one chair seat; there were long black hairs on both chairs and the in the shower. The staff were unhelpful in the extreme, disinterested, and rude -- the airport shuttle driver disappeared inside the shuttle trailer office without a word, leaving passengers with planes to catch in the van for 15 minutes. He reappeared, chewing, only when I pounded on the door. Even then he claimed he had only been inside for 5 minutes until I pointed at my watch and said I had timed him. I have written to Motel 6 about this. In the future, I will be sure to look up reviews of any Motel 6 I am considering booking a room in.

Air conditioner ran perfectly. Phone had no dial-tone. A free shuttle but questionable pedestrian walkways makes for precarious trips to convenience stores. Despite the location, very quiet!!
