Well my room was on the first floor. The cleaning staff were very loud. The bathroom was not compatible to take a bath. I needed the airport shuttle to take me to the airport. It did not come when the front desk staff said it would so I had to take a uber.

Despite the bad comments, my experience was very good, it's a place to be passing through, I only stayed one night because I went to a concert, they have free transportation to and from the airport, the place and the service was okay, everything tidy and clean.

My initial room reeked of a mix of mildew, Cuban cigars, and must. What’s more, the shower stall had a family of roaches convened around the floor drain. I took pictures and presented them to the front desk staff expeditiously. Immediately, the front desk personnel were apologetic, sympathetic to my plight, and responsive to my request for a room change. They obliged me and upgraded me room into a room on the 400-level, almost as if they had a standard procedure for these types of complaints. Nevertheless, the upgraded room was a noticeable improvement on the first room. No roaches, no smell, no noteworthy issues. Wish I could have gotten the upgraded room on the 400 level as my original room…this review would have been different. But nonetheless, here we are. Not a terrible motel, but unlikely to return. The staff is great, but the condition in some of the rooms needs work.
The lone roach I captured in the corner of the shower after they attempted to scatter once I turned the bathroom light on.

Basic Room for a Reasonable Rate

The room was clean, but some things need attention. First, the refrigerator smelled of fish. It should be disposed of. Second, the shower could not be adjusted beyond a stream of water. The water flow at the sink was also very slow. Finally, the bed was soft and uncomfortable. The pillows offered no support. A basic room with little more to offer. Friendly staff and airport pickup a plus. Can't beat the rates, though.
